TITLE 888 INDIANA BOARD OF VETERINARY MEDICAL EXAMINERS

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #10-419

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Establishes an annual fee for veterinarians and veterinary technicians of ($10) for the issuance or renewal of a license or registration to fund the investigative fund established by IC 25-38.1-2-19. The purpose of the fee is to administer and enforce IC 25-38.1, including investigating and taking action against persons who violate IC 25-38.1.
