Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Child Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 465 IAC 2-2 and 465 IAC 2-9 through 465 IAC 2-13 to change the qualifications of employees and child to staff ratios for child placing agencies, child caring institutions, emergency shelter child caring institutions, private secure facilities, group homes, and emergency shelter group homes licensed by the department.
