    The Department of Child Services has determined that the amendments to this rule impose no costs or requirements on small businesses.

    Estimated Average Annual Reporting, Record Keeping, and Other Administrative Costs Small Businesses Will Incur for Compliance:
    There are no reporting, record keeping, or other administrative costs to small businesses as a result of the amendments to this rule.

    Estimated Total Annual Economic Impact on Small Businesses to Comply:
    No economic impact is expected or anticipated as a result of the amendments to this rule.

    Justification Statement of Requirement or Cost:
    There are no additional requirements or costs imposed on small businesses as a result of the proposed amendments to this rule. The proposal related to the application fee for services applies only to certain individual program participants, does not increase the current fee currently being charged those individuals, and has no impact of any kind on small businesses.
