UnderIC 4-22-2-23 , the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:
OVERVIEW: Adds905 IAC 1-53 to establish and implement type II gaming in establishments licensed to sell alcoholic beverages. It outlines qualifications to hold type II gaming licenses for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
