TITLE 631 WORKER'S COMPENSATION BOARD OF INDIANA

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #11-357

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Worker's Compensation Board of Indiana intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 631 IAC 1 in order to update provisions to accurately identify the Board as the Worker's Compensation Board and not the Industrial Board and similar technical changes. Establishes procedures for medical providers and payers when an Application for Adjustment of Claim for Provider Fee is filed under IC 22-3-3-5.2 and IC 22-3-4-12. Pursuant to SEA 576-2011, establishes a schedule of mediation fees. Statutory authority: IC 22-3-1-3; IC 22-3-4-2.
