    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 13, which governs water well drillers, to provide for the licensing of water well pump installers and continuing education for pump installers and water well drillers. Assists with the implementation of P.L.84-2010. Adds definitions. Clarifies language and makes technical corrections.
