In accordance withIC 10-20-2-8 , which legalized and validated the current fee amounts being charged by the Indiana State Department of Toxicology (ISDT) for certification and recertification of breath test operators, maintenance and certification of breath test instruments, and training services, ISDT publishes this schedule listing the current fee amounts.Current Fee Breath test operator training and certification $300 per operator Breath test operator training and recertification $40 per operator Breath test instrument maintenance and certification $650 annual fee per instrument
