Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 675 IAC 19-4, which adopts by reference and amends the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc. Standard 90.1, 2007 edition, as the Indiana Energy Conservation Code, 2009 Edition. Repeals 675 IAC 19-3. Effective 30 days after filing with the publisher. Written public comments are invited and may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 22-13-2.
