DIGEST

Temporarily amends LSA Document #10-263(E), posted at 20100512-IR-312100263ERA, which regulates the emerald ash borer as a pest or pathogen and which establishes a quarantine, to regulate Hendricks County. Effective June 11, 2010.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION is supplemental to LSA Document #10-263(E), posted as [sic, at] 20100512-IR-312100263ERA.

(b) Hendricks County is infested with emerald ash borer (Agrilus planipennis).

(c) Under LSA Document #06-370(E), Hendricks County is regulated.
