TITLE 140 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #10-355

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 140 IAC 1-2-8, regarding the previously uninsured motorist registry, in accordance with IC 9-25-10-5.
