DIGEST

Temporarily amends 312 IAC 9-3-14.5 to remove the deadline for an individual to possess an untanned hide or unprocessed carcass of a furbearing mammal. Effective May 15, 2016.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 9-3-14.5(d).

(b) An individual may possess the untanned hide or unprocessed carcass of the following species that is obtained lawfully at any time of year:

(1) Beaver.

(2) Mink.

(3) Muskrat.

(4) Long-tailed weasel.

(5) Red fox.

(6) Gray fox.

(7) Virginia opossum.

(8) Striped skunk.

(9) Raccoon.

SECTION 2. This document takes effect May 15, 2016.
