    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Gaming Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 68 IAC 2-3.5-4 regarding deviation from provisions for junketeers and junket operators. Amends 68 IAC 14-1-3 regarding deviation from provisions of the gaming equipment regulations. Amends 68 IAC 14-3-8 to clarify the reporting requirements for the removal of cards and dice. Adds 68 IAC 14-3-9 concerning the transportation of cards and dice. Adds 68 IAC 14-3-10 to provide the reporting requirements for the transportation of cards and dice. Amends 68 IAC 14-4-2 to clarify the approval process for casino chips. Amends 68 IAC 14-4-4 to update obsolete terminology and makes nonsubstantive style changes. Amends 68 IAC 14-4-6 to update obsolete terminology and makes nonsubstantive style changes. Amends 68 IAC 14-5-2 to clarify the submission process for sample tokens. Amends 68 IAC 14-5-3 regarding the specifications of gaming tokens. Amends 68 IAC 14-5-5 regarding the requirements for tokens issued by a casino licensee. Amends 68 IAC 14-5-6 to update obsolete terminology and nonsubstantive style changes. Amends 68 IAC 14-7-3 to update obsolete terminology and nonsubstantive style changes. Amends 68 IAC 14-7-4 to clarify inspection requirements for the roulette table and wheel. Amends 68 IAC 14-9-2 concerning the logo and design approval for Big Six tables. Amends 68 IAC 14-9-4 to clarify the inspection requirements for Big Six tables prior to use. Amends 68 IAC 14-10-2 concerning the requirements for Caribbean Stud Poker tables. Amends 68 IAC 14-11-2 concerning the requirements for Let It Ride tables. Amends 68 IAC 14-12-2 concerning Caribbean Draw Poker tables. Amends 68 IAC 14-16-3 to clarify the process for the destruction of counterfeit chips and tokens. Makes numerous technical changes.
