DIGEST

Temporarily amends 312 IAC 4-5-4 to increase the years of service before a conservation officer is eligible for promotion. Effective June 1, 2016.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTON [sic] supersedes 312 IAC 4-5-4(a).

(b) Unless an exception is made by the division director, with the approval of the director, a conservation officer is ineligible for promotion until the conservation officer completes at least five (5) years of service with the division.

SECTION 2. This document takes effect June 1, 2016.
