Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Fair Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Repeals all the existing rules of the State Fair Commission, 80 IAC, which were originally adopted in the early 1990s, and replaces them with streamlined rules that are updated and consistent with statutes and operational protocols that currently exist.
