OVERVIEW: Adds 410 IAC 15-5 to establish the licensure fees for hospitals, ambulatory outpatient surgical centers, abortion clinics, and birthing centers. Written comments may be submitted to the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Statutory authority: IC 16-21-2-12.
