    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 312 IAC 2-5 to provide standards for informal review within the Department of Natural Resources, and to acknowledge the opportunity for administrative review to the Natural Resources Commission under IC 4-21.5, of unsuccessful test results and accreditation of continuing education programs. The new rules would apply if a law requires successful testing or compliance with continuing education requirements, for an individual to conduct a vocation or avocation, and the law makes the Department of Natural Resources responsible for testing or continuing education. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.
