TITLE 135 INDIANA FINANCE AUTHORITY

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #12-266

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Finance Authority intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Repeals 135 IAC 3 governing certain toll bridges under the jurisdiction of the Indiana Finance Authority. The Wabash River Toll Bridge and Bob Cummings Lincoln Trail Bridge at Cannelton are now under the jurisdiction of the Indiana Department of Transportation. The Bob Cummings Lincoln Trail Bridge has not been tolled since 1990. Written comments should be addressed to James P.
