Agency Correction LSA Document #14-134(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 590 IAC 3-1-1(e), delete "IC 20-14-1-2" and insert "IC 4-23-7-2".

(2) In 590 IAC 3-1-1(g), delete "IC 20-14-1-2" and insert "IC 36-12-1-5".

(3) In 590 IAC 3-1-1(h), delete "IC 20-14-1-2" and insert "IC 36-12-1-3".

(4) In 590 IAC 3-1-1(i), delete "IC 20-14-1-2" and insert "IC 36-12-1-4".

(5) In 590 IAC 3-1-1(k), delete "590 IAC 1-1" and insert "590 IAC 6-1-4".

(6) In 590 IAC 3-1-7(c), delete "590 IAC 1-1-2.5(u)" and insert "IC 4-23-7.1-22".

(7) In 590 IAC 3-1-7(c)(2), delete "590 IAC 1-1" and insert "590 IAC 6-1-4".

(8) In 590 IAC 3-1-9(b), delete "590 IAC 1-1" and insert "590 IAC 6-1-4".
