    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 511 IAC 4-1.5-6 concerning school health services. Repeals 511 IAC 4-1.5-2. Statutory authority: IC 20-19-2-8; IC 20-31-4-17.
