TITLE 877 REAL ESTATE APPRAISER LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION BOARD

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #10-346

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure and Certification Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 877 IAC to comply with IC 25-34.1-11 to provide that the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure and Certification Board establishes a registration fee of $500 for appraisal management companies seeking registration under IC 25-34.1-11 that will be deposited in the investigative fund established by IC 25-34.1-8-7.5.
