TITLE 260 STATE DEPARTMENT OF TOXICOLOGY

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Department of Toxicology intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: This rulemaking action will amend 260 IAC governing certification of breath test operators and equipment. It will change the practical exam requirement for breath test operator recertification and make technical revisions and other changes to update the rules, add definitions, and eliminate redundant language. 260 IAC 1.1-2-3 will be readopted. Statutory authority: IC 9-30-6-5.
