TITLE 345 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #10-332

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Animal Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: The rule will update standards governing implementation of the National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP), including updating federal regulations incorporated by reference. The rule will add standards governing the state's cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to implement the NPIP low pathogenic avian influenza eradication program in Indiana. Questions and comments on the proposed rule may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 15-17-3-21.
