Agency Correction LSA Document #09-479(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #09-479(F), posted at 20100407-IR-312090479FRA:

(1) In 312 IAC 9-4-2(i), delete "waters" and insert "water" and delete "this" and insert "the".

(2) 312 IAC 9-4-2(j), delete "waters" and insert "water" and delete "this" and insert "the".
