TITLE 460 DIVISION OF DISABILITY AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #13-132

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Repeals 460 IAC 3.5, which sets rates for the adult day services provided by community mental retardation and other development disabilities centers. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 12-8-8.5-4.
