Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds or amends, or both, rules to comply with IC 7.1-3-1.5-16, which mandates adoption of rules to carry out IC 7.1-3-1.5 concerning alcohol server training programs. Written comments may be submitted to the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Room E114, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Statutory authority: IC 7.1-3-1.5-16.
