Temporarily adds rules concerning scratch-off game number 122. Statutory authority: IC 4-30-3-9. Effective March 26, 2009.

SECTION 1. The name of scratch-off game number 122 is "$15,000 JUMBO BUCKS".

SECTION 2. Tickets in scratch-off game number 122 shall sell for two dollars ($2) per ticket.

SECTION 3. (a) Each ticket in scratch-off game number 122 shall contain a total of twelve (12) play symbols with two (2) play symbols located in the area labeled "SERIAL NUMBERS" and ten (10) play symbols, located above and corresponding with each prize symbol, in the area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS".

(b) Each play symbol includes a caption that corresponds with and verifies the play symbol as follows:

(c) If a question arises as to a play symbol, the play symbol caption will be used for final clarification.

SECTION 4. (a) Each ticket in scratch-off game number 122 shall contain a total of ten (10) prize symbols, located directly beneath each corresponding play symbol, in the area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS".

(b) Each prize symbol includes a caption that corresponds with and verifies each of [sic] prize symbol as follows:

(c) If a question arises as to a prize symbol, the prize symbol caption will be used for final clarification.

SECTION 5. The retailer validation code (for prizes up to five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599)) verifies instant winners in this game. The retailer validation code that corresponds with and verifies each of these winners is as follows:

SECTION 6. Neither the retailer validation code, the pack-ticket number, nor the validation number are play symbols or prize symbols and are not usable or playable as such.

SECTION 7. A prize winner in scratch-off game number 122 is determined by removing the scratch-off material from the play and prize areas, revealing a total of twenty-two (22) play and prize symbols. If any of the play symbols located in the area labeled "YOUR NUMBERS" match any of the play symbols located in the area labeled "SERIAL NUMBERS", the ticket holder is entitled to win the prize directly beneath and corresponding with the matching play symbol. If a "" (JUMBO) symbol is revealed, the ticket holder is entitled to win two (2) times the prize shown for that symbol.

SECTION 8. (a) The approximate number of possible prizes and the estimated odds for each prize level are as follows:

Total value of all prizes*: $4,037,400

Prize payout: 64.70%

Overall odds: 1 in 4.86

Approximate print quantity: 3,120,000 (-3%/+1%)

(b) The prize and odds related information provided in subsection (a) is based on an approximate print quantity. The actual quantity of tickets will vary.

(c) If the print quantity is changed during production of this game or due to subsequent reorders of the game, the ratio of prizes and total value of all prizes to the print quantity will be proportionately maintained so that the overall odds and prize payout percentage will approximate the values provided in subsection (a).

SECTION 9. Prizes are subject to prior sales. The availability of tickets for sale in a scratch-off game depends on retailer orders for tickets. Not all tickets may be made available for sale prior to game closing and opened packs of tickets may be returned by a retailer to the lottery under 65 IAC 3-4-1(b).

SECTION 10. If the director determines an end date for scratch-off game number 122, under 65 IAC 4-2-3(a), tickets may remain on sale during the game closing process, even if all prizes of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) have been claimed. Scratch-off game number 122 may be closed prior to all prizes being awarded.

SECTION 11. 65 IAC 4-1 through 65 IAC 4-3 apply to Scratch-off Game Number 122, $15,000 JUMBO BUCKS.

SECTION 12. This document expires sixty (60) days after the last claim date in scratch-off game 122.
