Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Labor intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 610 IAC 11 to establish procedures for filing and adjudication of complaints of violation of Indiana's Right to Work statute (IC 22-6-6).
