Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 14, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Department of Education Riley Room, 151 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Education will hold a public hearing on proposed changes to Title 512 of the Indiana Administrative Code.

The proposed rule adds provisions to establish requirements and procedures to implement the choice scholarship program under IC 20-51-4. The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Department of Education, 151 West Ohio Street and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
