TITLE 844 MEDICAL LICENSING BOARD OF INDIANA

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 844 IAC 10-1 to bring the rule into conformity with IC 25-23.5 and to establish continuing competency rules for renewal of a licensed occupational therapist and certified occupational therapy assistant. Amends 844 IAC 10-5-13 to require a supervising occupational therapist to notify the committee in writing of any change or termination of supervision of the holder of a temporary permit.
