Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Library and Historical Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 590 IAC 6-1-2 concerning the definition of "evening hours". Adds 590 IAC 6-1-5 concerning minimum standards for public libraries. Repeals 590 IAC 6-1-4. Statutory authority: IC 4-23-7.1-24.
