Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 170 IAC 1-1.5-1 to exempt an application for a certificate of territorial authority for communications service providers or notice of change form filed under IC 8-1-32.5 from the ex parte rules of the commission.
