    Temporarily adds rules regarding immediate family members of certain occupational licensees. Statutory authority: IC 4-33-4. Effective March 22, 2011.


    SECTION 1. The definitions in IC 4-33 and 68 IAC apply throughout this document.

    SECTION 2. Immediate family members of Level 1 and Level 2 occupational licensees are not eligible to enter a commission approved promotional event:
    (1) at the casino where the Level 1 or Level 2 occupational licensee is employed; and
    (2) if the dollar value of any prize to be awarded is more than five hundred dollars ($500).

    SECTION 3. (a) A casino licensee must take reasonable steps to prevent immediate family members of Level 1 and Level 2 occupational licensees employed at its casino from entering promotional events in violation of this document.

    (b) A casino licensee must not award any prize to an immediate family member of a Level 1 or Level 2 occupational licensee employed at its casino who enters a promotional event in violation of this document.

    (c) A casino licensee must report to the commission any violation of this document as soon as the casino licensee becomes aware of the violation.
