    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Library and Historical Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 590 IAC 7, which creates public library fund balance standards with regard to the library improvement reserve fund, operating/general fund, rainy day fund, and gift fund. Questions and comments may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 4-23-7.1-11; IC 4-23-7.1-24.
