Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Coroners Training Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds a new article to 207 IAC that mandates training and continuing education requirements for all coroners and deputy coroners. Sets minimum guidelines to be used by each county coroner's office for the investigation of cause and manner of death. Outlines fines and penalties that are imposed for noncompliance. Statutory authority: IC 4-23-6.5-7.
