Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Office of the Children's Health Insurance Program intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 407 IAC 2 to increase the income standard for the children's health insurance program to 250% of the federal income poverty level and to add two additional eligibility premium cells for children whose family have income between 200% and 250% of the federal income poverty level. Public questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Statutory authority: IC 12-17.6-2-11.
