Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on May 24, 2010, at 9:30 a.m., at the National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #09-09, LSA Document #09-478) to repeal and amend the Commission's administrative rules to conform with IC 8-1-2.6-4.1 regarding telecommunication utilities.

The proposed rule will affect all telecommunication utilities that are subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission. There are no costs associated with the proposed rule, only the underlying statutes. The proposed rule may result in savings of time and increased efficiency for both the Commission and telecommunications utilities in Indiana.

Copies of any justification data (referenced data, studies, or analyses) are now on file with the Commission and available to be inspected and copied at the National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the National City Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East and Legislative Services Agency, One North Capitol, Suite 325, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
