    Adds 877 IAC to comply with IC 25-34.1-11.2 to provide that the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure and Certification Board establishes a registration fee of $500 for appraisal management companies seeking registration under IC 25-34.1-11.2 that will be deposited in the Indiana Real Estate Investigative Fund established by IC 25-34.1-8-7.5. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.

    SECTION 1. 877 IAC IS ADDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

    TITLE 877 REAL ESTATE APPRAISER LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION BOARD


    ARTICLE 1. REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT COMPANIES


    Rule 1. General Provisions


    877 IAC 1-1-1 Fee schedule

    Authority: IC 25-1-8-2; IC 25-34.1-11-19
    Affected: IC 25-34.1-8-7.5


    Sec. 1. (a) This section establishes the fee schedule for the registration of appraisal management companies.

    (b) The fee schedule is as follows:
    (1) Registration for appraisal management companies: $500
    (2) Renewal of registration for appraisal management companies: $500

    (c) Registration fees and renewal of registration fees shall be deposited in the investigative fund established under IC 25-34.1-8-7.5.

    (d) All fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
