    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Department of Transportation intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 105 IAC 3-3, to update definitions and terms so as to standardize the requirements for operation of a public use seaplane base and to update the specific length, width, depth, and approach to land minimum requirements with respect to federal requirements in the current FAA Advisory Circular AC 150/5395-1 on Sea Plane Bases. Comments or questions may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 8-9.5-5-8; IC 8-21-1.
