Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Board of Accounts intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 20 IAC 3 concerning digital signatures. The rule will correct or replace obsolete references in the rule and will amend 20 IAC 3-2-1 by deleting the requirement that a valid digital signature must be transmitted through the Intelenet system.
