Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Pesticide Review Board intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 357 IAC 1-16 to establish the requirement for certification and licensing of pesticide applicators who apply pesticides at sites where potentially vulnerable individuals such as children or infirm persons are routinely housed for extended periods of time. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 15-3-3.6-3; IC 15-3-3.6-4.
