Under IC 4-22-2-23, the State Chemist of the State of Indiana intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 355 IAC 4-7 to establish the requirements and procedures for renewal of commercial applicator certification, private applicator certification, and technician registration to use pesticides. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Questions may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 15-3-3.6-3; IC 15-3-3.6-4; IC 15-3-3.6-5; IC 15-3-3.6-9; IC 15-3-3.6-10.1.
