Agency Correction LSA Document #14-146(AC)

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #14-146(F), posted at 20150211-IR-045140146FRA:

(1) In 45 IAC 8.1-1-29, in the third sentence after "records," insert "papers,".

(2) In 45 IAC 8.1-1-29, in the third sentence after "and", delete "papers" and insert "documents".
