Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 675 IAC 12 to make clarifying and conforming changes. Amends 675 IAC 13-2.5, the 2008 Indiana Building Code, to add previously omitted sections and make substantive and clarifying changes. Written public comments are invited and may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 22-13-2.
