TITLE 345 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF ANIMAL HEALTH

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule LSA Document #12-107

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Animal Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: The rule will update rules governing the production, transportation, processing, and sale of milk and milk products in 345 IAC 8, including updating the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance to the 2011 version and updating other standards that are incorporated by reference. The rule will make other changes in the law governing milk and milk products, 345 IAC 8. Questions and comments concerning the proposed rule may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 15-17-3-13; IC 15-17-3-21; IC 15-18-1.
