Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #09-358(F), posted at 20110119-IR-511090358FRA:

In 511 IAC 5-2-3(a)(1), after "freeway school", insert "unless the school has an approved optional assessment".
