Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Office of Attorney General for the State intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 10 IAC 3.5 prescribing a claim form to be used to file a notice of tort claim. Repeals 10 IAC 3. Questions or comments concerning the proposed rule may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher. Statutory authority: IC 34-13-3-6.
