    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Amends 905 IAC 1-12.5 to expand the types of delivery methods for server training. Questions or comments concerning the proposed rules may be directed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 7.1-2-3-7.
