Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 460 IAC 3.5 to clarify services and reimbursement methodology for adult day services provided by community mental retardation and other developmental disabilities centers contracting with the division to provide adult day services to individuals with disabilities.
