TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

DIGEST

Temporarily amends 312 IAC 9-3-2.5, 312 IAC 9-4-2, and 312 IAC 9-4-11 for statutory consistency to correct the age for youth hunters from less than 16 years of age to less than 18 years of age for hunting deer, migratory birds, waterfowl, and wild turkey. Effective April 1, 2009.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION supersedes the definition of "youth" as used in the following:

(1) 312 IAC 9-3-2.5(a);

(2) 312 IAC 9-3-2.5(d);

(3) 312 IAC 9-4-2(d); and

(4) 312 IAC 9-4-11(f).

(b) "Youth" means an individual who is less than eighteen (18) years of age on the date of the hunt.

SECTION 2. SECTION 1 of this document expires March 30, 2010.
