Temporarily adds noncode provisions to amend 312 IAC 9-3-18.2 and LSA Document #15-340(E), posted at 20151007-IR-312150340ERA, to close the river otter season. The director has determined that the allowable harvest of river otters has been reached. Effective March 9, 2016.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION supersedes 312 IAC 9-3-18.2 and LSA Document #15-340(E), posted at 20151007-IR-312150340ERA.

(b) An individual must not take a river otter.

SECTION 2. This document takes effect on March 9, 2016.

SECTION 3. This document expires on March 16, 2016.
